Our story

Canvas Outpatient, PLLC was created by therapists who believe healing is both a science and an art.
As clinicians, we saw firsthand how traditional mental health programs often felt impersonal — designed around systems instead of people.

Owned and operated by licensed therapists, Canvas integrates trauma-trained, evidence-based practice with a deeply human approach. We use modalities like EMDR, DBT, CBT, and expressive therapies to help individuals process trauma, strengthen resilience, and rediscover who they are beyond diagnosis.

At Canvas, every person is treated as an artist of their own story — capable of transformation, creation, and healing.
